I'm blogging live from a snow-covered field somewhere on the beautiful and quite mystical Pewley Down.I've walked about 5 miles today in very challenging conditions and both the GPS and camera have practically run out of power, but I've been able to take some beautiful shots. | Up country today.. |

I have a day off today and should have been going to London but this looks to have been cancelled. So in order not to waste the day, I've decided to go for a walk up to Pewley Down which is about a mile away. Make no mistake, I'm wrapping up warm - I have my cold-weather gear which has seen me warm and toasty in Yorkshire in past Xmases - and I'll be taking a cooking stove and a prepacked meal. I'll also be taking a camera and hopefully posting to Twitpics - see you later in the great outdoors! |
