A good shoot..
I've now finished my shoot and am just sitting back sipping a brandy admiring the results. I didn't have too much trouble spotting Maria even though it meant looking out for a girl with blond shoulder-length hair in a country thats famed for, er, girls with blond shoulder-length hair. We had a coffe and introduced ourselves. We then started shooting practically straight away using the old limestone town hall building as a backdrop. Maria had worn just the right colours which contrasted beautifully and had a rose as a prop that also spookily matched. A few ground-level shots then up on the table to do some extra height ones. I'd eaten there the day before and was already known, and at least I kept my promise to go back later:-) Then it was off to a nearby park to do an impromptu 'fashion shoot'. The distressed buildings and graffitti contrasted sharply with Maria's outfit. We ended up having a pancake lunch at a traditional Russian restaurant. A great, fun day!
